Paris Fashion Week | Isabel Marant
Isabel Marant stunned us in Paris on Thursday night! An absolutely wearable collection that undoubtedly had a Western flair. Even the music from the show had us tapping our heels – who doesn’t love Dolly Parton! The show was held in the Tuileries Garden at the Louvre, they had constructive a clear tent keeping the atmosphere modern and pure but paired the environment with rustic wooden seating.
Knitted eyelets, prairie dresses, and bandana-inspired paisley kept her quintessential, easy French-girl style. Never one to follow tradition, a typical runaway show ends with ballgowns, Isabel Marant ended with playful mini-dresses.
To the show, I combined a few of my favorite Isabel spring pieces, a lovely floral windbreaker, and dress. The pattern play was unexpected and fun! The belted purse and metallic boots added that modern artful edge I wanted with the florals. The outfit was worn over leather pants to keep warm during these chilly Paris days!
You are going to love the Fall 2018 collection!
